dietary requirements, and information about availability and capacity for accommodation and
other facilities, including conference rooms and function centres, as the case may be.
We may use AI platforms such as ChatGPT and Claude to take notes and summarise
information that is not personally identifying information or contact details, only de-identified
information about the preferences of potential guests.
Use and disclosure of personal information
We may use and disclose your personal information for a number of purposes, including but
not limited to the following purposes:
conducting business with you or your company
providing our services to you or your company
communicating with you or your company, and
fulfilling our legal requirements.
We may disclose personal information in circumstances where required by law, but will not
disclose your personal information supplied to us via this website to any other third party
without your prior consent.
Management of personal information
Soreva will take reasonable steps to protect the security of all personal information provided
to them through this website from misuse, loss, unauthorised access, modification or
disclosure.
This website and our online forms are hosted using Wix, and our email and business
communications are managed using Google Workspace. These and other service providers
may store or process information outside Australia, including in the United States and other
locations in which they or their subcontractors operate. We use 2-step verification to limit
access to Google Workspace.
The information collected with our online form on our website is only your first and last name,
your email address, and your telephone number.
We never collect payment method details such as credit card or bank account details,
whether on our website, by email, by telephone, or in person. We will never ask you to pay
money to book anything. Venue providers collect all booking payments directly.
We do not collect or record any personal identification documents such as your driver's
licence or passport. We may require you to present your personal identification documents
to verify your identity in person or via live web conference (not recorded).
The information you provide on our website is stored in Australia and used to provide
services to you or your company, conduct our business with venues, and communicate with
you. We retain information about the value of the booking for tax and accounting purposes
as required by law. We destroy the personally identifying information when it is no longer
required for the specified purpose. Soreva is not responsible for events arising out of
hacking or unauthorised access to personal information, or any resulting loss or damage,
unless a finding of legal responsibility is made against it by a Court of competent jurisdiction.
